Steve Spiro

Steve started his muscial career as a record producer & remixer, working with artists such as Pet Shop Boys, E17, Kim Wilde, Imagination, Talk Talk, The Farm & MC Hammer to name but a few.

Spiro teamed up with Paul McCartney's Keyboard player & MD, Wix. The 1st project they worked on was the BBC theme tune for the Atlanta Olympics in 96. The theme tune was picked up by EMI & it was a top 10 in the singles chart. Since then Spiro & Wix have written music for ads & corporate branding for companies including SUn Life, FIFA, Flora, Rimmel, Cable & Wireless, Whiskas, HSBC, Pepsi & NBC. They also scored the music for Hamilton of Wallace & Grommet & written by legendary Art Director John Webster. They also had one of their tracks featured on the last ever episode of Sex & The City.

Steve has recently had more success in the U.S with his music being used on the new series of Six Feet Under & the latest Lexus advertising campaign "Robots".
