Shin is a British composer specialising in writing music for media. Starting out as an award-winning concert pianist, performing internationally, he turned his attention fully to composition, opening his studio in 2017.

Also writing under the names Taizo Audio and Taddeo Suzuma, his published tracks have reached the hundreds, writing for Ninja Tune, Felt and Cavendish among others and regularly records with the Parallax orchestra in London’s British Grove and Air Edel studios.

Shin composes for Symphonic Collective alongside long time collaborator Matt Nicholson. They are committed to delivering the highest standard in live recorded strings. With regular sessions held in New York and London, the duo bring their joint experience to crafting exceptional string music for ensembles ranging from intimate quartets to full string orchestras.
